TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT US
   These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Studio 43 Brows Limited trading as Studio 43 Lash Serum through our website. 2. PRODUCTS
   We sell cosmetic products, including lash serum. All products are for external use only. Results may vary between individuals and no guarantee of specific outcomes is provided.
3. ELIGIBILITY
   By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. ORDER PROCESS
   When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

1. PRICE AND PAYMENT
   All prices are listed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
2. DELIVERY
   We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery is typically completed within 72 hours from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

1. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
   Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

1. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
   If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
   Our lash serum is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

You must follow all usage instructions provided. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.

Studio 43 Brows Limited shall not be liable for adverse reactions where instructions have not been followed or where the customer has known sensitivities.

1. LIABILITY
   Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Studio 43 Brows Limited. You may not use it without permission.
2. PRIVACY
   We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
3. CHANGES TO TERMS
   We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
4. GOVERNING LAW
   These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
